Instructions

The procedure to obtain a replacement ring is quite simple but we do it using Canada Post since we do not have an office.  Please provide a letter, addressed to Camp 15, Waterloo wherein you state that you have either lost or are in need of a new iron ring to replace the one that you have.  Include in the letter, your full name, middle initial, year and discipline of engineering, a personal cheque, money order or bank draft in the amount of CDN$35.00 or US$30.00, payable to Camp 15, Waterloo, and lastly, the size of ring that you would like.  If you don't tell us what size you want, we will default to sending the size that we have recorded on our database (which may be your original ring size).  If you're not sure and/or it has been a number of years since you received your ring, go to a jeweler's and get sized by him as your size may have changed and we don't want to do this twice as there is a $12.00 charge for incorrect ring size information. 

Send the letter and the cheque to: Camp 15, Waterloo, P. O. Box 188, Waterloo, Ontario, N2J 3Z9.


It takes approximately 3 weeks to process your request.  We will mail the ring to you at the return address that you indicate, in Canada, the USA, or international.
