As part of the online registration, Camp 15 will require your consent to utilize information provided by your school.  The use of this information is in accordance with the Camp 15 Privacy Policy Statement

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself and my guests, do hereby release, acquit and forever discharge Camp 15, its wardens, volunteers, insurers and agents of and from any and all, and all manner of charges, claims, actions, rights, demands, debts, liability, actions, claims for attorneys’ fees damages of any kind and nature whatsoever, in law or equity, including but not limited to claims for property damage and/or bodily injury, rights related to privacy or misappropriation of image or likeness, even if caused by negligence or gross negligence, arising out of the acts of the Camp 15, its wardens, volunteers, or agents that may arise or occur in connection with or as a result of attending the Camp 15 Videoconference meeting.  Please refer to the Camp 15 Videoconference Policy Statement

If you do not provide consent, you will not be allowed proceed with online registration and Camp 15 will have difficulty verifying your eligibility for the Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer
