Ring Replacement Instructions - Read Carefully
IMPORTANT: To ensure a successful ring replacement request, use a compatible web browser on a desktop or laptop computer. Supported web browsers include latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We cannot guarantee compatibility with mobile web browsers or 'safe / secure' web browsers associated with anti-virus software.
IMPORTANT: This process requires Cookies to be enabled. If you have Cookies disabled on your web browser or are using a web browser that denies Cookies, please temporarily enable Cookies to ensure the process operates normally.
IMPORTANT: Once you start the ring replacement request, make sure you complete the entire request including payment in one (1) attempt. Do not prematurely stop the request or prematurely close the tab / window on your web browser where you are performing ring replacement request. At the end of the request, you should see a screen with a payment receipt indicating 'Thank You - Paid'.
1. Requesting a Ring Replacement
To request a ring replacement, you need to provide the following information:
First Name - Use the name at the time you were obligated
Last Name - Use the name at the time you were obligated
Full Mailing Address - Provide us the full mailing address
Camp Obligated At
Year of Obligation
Engineering Program Attended
Ring Size - See details below
We recommend visiting a jewelry merchant and get sized in-person (please follow all applicable guidelines as recommended by public health). An alternative to this action is to determine your ring size by using an online ring sizing guide from Fire Mountain Gems, using heavy-stock paper. Cut out the yellow paper 'ring sizer' (item 3), and use as per instructions in the PDF. If the measurement is between two numbers, it is a half size. Camp 15 offers rings in whole and half sizes from 1 to 12 ½. Please note that if the measurement falls in the space between two lines, order the next larger size indicated.
The payment for ring replacement is $35 CAD. The method of payment is Mastercard, Visa, or Paypal.
2. What to Expect After Submitting a Ring Replacement Request
You will receive 1) a payment receipt email and 2) a ring replacement request summary email. Keep these emails in case they have to be referenced in the future. Please check your spam folders if these emails do not show up in your inbox.
Our ring warden will review your request, and if they have any questions, they will contact you through the email you provided to Camp 15. If the request is approved, a replacement ring will be sent to the mailing address you provided. If the request is not approved, you will be refunded the Paypal payment.
Allow 3-4 weeks for processing. Once complete, we will mail it out using Canada Post regular mail delivery service. Please be advised that ring replacement shipments may take longer than usual, due to higher than normal shipment volumes at Canada Post.
