Ring Replacement Instructions - Please Read Carefully

IMPORTANT: To ensure a successful ring replacement request, use a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer.  Supported web browsers include latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.  We cannot guarantee compatibility with mobile web browsers or 'safe / secure' web browsers associated with anti-virus software.

1.  Requesting a Ring Replacement

To request a ring replacement, you need to provide the following information:

First Name - Use the name at the time you were obligated

Last Name - Use the name at the time you were obligated

Phone Number

E-Mail Address

Full Mailing Address - Provide us the full mailing address

Camp Obligated At

Year of Obligation

Engineering Program Attended

Ring Size - See details below

We recommend visiting a jewelry merchant and get sized in-person (please follow all applicable guidelines as recommended by public health).  An alternative to this action is to determine your ring size by using an online ring sizing guide from Fire Mountain Gems, using heavy-stock paper.  Cut out the yellow paper 'ring sizer' (item 3), and use as per instructions in the PDF.  If the measurement is between two numbers, it is a half size.  Camp 15 offers rings in whole and half sizes from 1 to 12 ½.  Please note that if the measurement falls in the space between two lines, order the next larger size indicated. 

The payment for ring replacement is $35 CAD.  The method of payment is Paypal, which accepts most major credit cards.

2.  What to Expect After Submitting a Ring Replacement Request

You will receive 2 emails: 1) a payment receipt through the email you provided Paypal and 2) a ring replacement confirmation email through the email you provided Camp 15.  Please check your spam folders if these emails do not show up in your inbox.  Keep these emails in case they have to be referenced in the future.  

Our ring warden will review your request, and if he/she has any questions, they will contact you through the email you provided to Camp 15.  If the request is approved, a replacement ring will be sent to the mailing address you provided.  If the request is not approved, you will be refunded the Paypal payment.

Allow 3 weeks for processing.  Once complete, we will mail it out using Canada Post regular mail delivery service.  Please be advised that ring replacement shipments may take longer than usual, due to higher than normal shipment volumes at Canada Post.

3.  Provide Your Consent for Camp 15 to Use Information

As part of the ring replacement request, Camp 15 will require your consent to utilize information provided by you.  The use of this information is in accordance with the Camp 15 Privacy Policy statement found on the Camp 15 “About Us” page. By clicking the ‘I Consent’ button you agree to this policy.  If you do not provide consent, you will not be allowed proceed with the ring replacement request.
